The number of employees of TEZTRANS in parallel with its fast- growing activities  is increasing day by day. To identify the candidates who will cause us to achieve our goals and to evaluate the suitability of determined candidates in position in the upcoming stage during the recruitment, our Human Resources department and unit managers have competency-based interviews with candidates and place them in proper positions by determining their knowledge and experiences by the means of assessment and evaluation.

As TEZTRANS, the minimum qualifications we seek from the candidates applying for the white collar, excepting the training and competence required by the position for candidates to be employed;

  • Bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • For male candidates those who completed their military service
  • Foreign language
  • Command of MS Office programs / Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Having an analytical intelligence
  • Having a reporting skill / strong reporting capability
  • Suitable for team work
  • Strong communication ability / Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Different criterias are determined by according to the nature of the job for our blue collar positions.
