TEZTRANS adopted the legal regulations, quality, HSE (Environmental Occupational Health and Safety), security, customer complaints management, sustainability and policies as a roadmap for all the services it provided and also adopted these fundamentals in the management of all the processes as a principle, while offering integrated solutions to manufacturer and importer companies in the logistics processes.

In parallel with this purpose, TEZTRANS has a wide quality team who are experts their subject and have a full knowledge of legal regulations within its structure.  While our quality department realizes management of our own processes as per the regulations, it also renders service in processes for which our customers are also liable for.

Activities carried on by TEZTRANS quality department are as follows;

  • Storage, secondary production, documentation and quality control of shipment activities,
  • Control of equipment qualifications,
  • Control of BMS automation system calibrations,
  • Temperature validation of storage areas,
  • Pest control,
  • Control of the suitability and sustainability of plant climate conditions,
  • Application of customer complaints management,
  • Application of deviation procedures,
  • Scheduling personnel annual training and follow-up activities.
